98hibaji Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of services on the 98hibaji platform. By registering on 98hibaji or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Account Registration & Personal Information

To register with 98hibaji, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Opening an account with false details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Each member may only open one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to the 98hibaji support team immediately.

2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

All 98hibaji services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We may request identity verification (NID, passport) at any time. Accounts may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, all transactions will be voided and deposited funds will not be returned.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

98hibaji supports popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All members are required to comply with the payment-related Terms & Conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though identity verification may extend this in some cases.
• Payments to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers will not be accepted.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected in any transaction, 98hibaji reserves the right to place that transaction on hold pending investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

98hibaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or device to claim bonuses will be treated as fraud.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be at minimum odds of 1.80 or higher.
• 98hibaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5. Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

When using Sports Betting, lottery, jackpot, and other gaming services on 98hibaji, certain fundamental terms and conditions must be observed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 98hibaji's established policy.
• 98hibaji reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of a technical error or system failure.
• Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or other unethical activity will be permanently suspended.
• 98hibaji is not responsible for any issues caused by network delays during live betting.

6. Responsible Gaming

98hibaji believes gaming is meant for entertainment — not addiction or financial harm. That is why we place the highest importance on Responsible Gaming. As part of these Terms & Conditions, here is our commitment to our members:

• Members can set daily or weekly deposit limits on their own accounts.
• You can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 98hibaji and will be considered a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

98hibaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification has not been completed.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Before an account is closed, the member will be notified via email or SMS. Any remaining balance in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will do our best to resolve the matter within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the issue will be settled through a mutually agreed neutral mediator. 98hibaji's decision shall be considered final.

11. Right to Amend Terms

98hibaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
